Hello friends and Happy NEW YEAR! I’m joining you today to share two wonderful cards that I received over the holidays. On the Waltzingmouse Stamps forum, good friends and WMS enthusiast, Cathy Weber, organized a fabulous way to share the spirit of Christmas with fellow forum members with a WMS Christmas Card Exchange. At the beginning of December we were assigned another forum member to send a Christmas card. It’s a great way to reinforce the sense of community that we share on the forum.
This year I was blessed with two wonderful creations. Let me share them with you now.
Cassandra Knox was the crafter I was assigned this year, and being the sweetheart that she is, she sent me one in kind. Isn’t it beautiful?
I just adore the grid on which she stamped this wonderful vintage Santa. Thank you so much Cassandra.
Sarah Costello had me as her selected person, and I received this beautiful lantern card from her, complete with sparkly light emitting from the candle. Sarah used the Bright Season set for her focal image and the Yonder Star Backgrounder for the lovely background.
You can see the shimmering light and the dimensional stickles she used to embellish the card she created for me. I love this Sarah!
I always feel so blessed over the holidays to received hand-made cards, and these two were among my favorites received in December. You lucky girl! Two beauties! Love that Santa face, and of course that perfectly stamped lantern! So bright that it just makes me smile!
Oh my! These are both just so lovely - a really vintage feel with the Santa card, and the brightness of the lantern. Lovely!

Both cards are amazing but that vintage Santa is just so incredible, what a wonderful card to receive.
