If you are looking for my WMS November SOAP Project, please scroll down...otherwise, read on!
If you are like me, you feed off the excitement of others. This is especially true when it comes to crafting. What? You don't believe that excitement is contagious? Well then, answer this: when was the last time you bought something crafting related because you saw it on so-in-so's blog project, and you just had to have it? Yeah, I thought so. Well you aren't alone.
A couple of weeks ago I participated in Lain Ehmann's Spawn of True Scrap. This on-line paper crafting event was held over 3 days - live with 17 instructors each providing inspiration, information and plenty of enthusiasm for paper crafting and scrapbooking. If I had to list one thing that was my A-HA moment, or something that I took away from attending was how much FUN I had, alone - with just my laptop along with 350 other crafters doing the same thing. Chatting in the chat room, watching the videos, asking questions LIVE from the instructors and enjoying the company - even if it was virtual company - of so many talented crafters.
I want to give Susanna Boyd a big SHOUT out for really giving me the push I needed to sign up for this event. She told me about all that she learned from the first True Scrap event and how she knew I would enjoy it. Boy, was she ever right. See - her excitement and enthusiasm directed me to where I could get the same thrill.
Thanks to Lain and all the instructors who made this event such fun. Now - do you want to hear the best part? You have the opportunity to purchase access to the replays of these video sessions. You can more details HERE. I want everyone to feel as good as I felt after finishing this series.
