Hi all. Today is the I {heart} Papers Design Team Challenge and we are all Exclusively Yours, as we join together to bring your inspiration and projects using images from stamp sets that are exclusive to I {heart} Papers.
I had a difficult time deciding which set to use. I had two sets in mind when I began my creative process, and since I couldn’t decide which one to use, I thought I’d just use both!
I started off using a set by Mint Motif – What a Card set to create a note pad holder…or more specifically, a score pad. For those times when you need someplace to keep score, the What a Card set seemed to be the perfect solution.
Using some fun papers from the Be Mine Collection by Echo Park, I created this outer cover to house the post-it note pad. The crown is from the package of stickers that comes with the paper pack. I stamped the sentiment onto some ivory cardstock and die cut it using the new Ribbon Banner dies. The card icons were also stamped onto ivory cardstock, hand cut and adhered to the front of the project.
Upon opening the bad you find a little encouraging sentiment, reminding you to play your cards well.
My second project is a little gift to encourage some blooming by providing the motivation and the seeds in this double pocket project.
This double pocket card (instructions can be found here) serves as a great way to package up a couple of seed packets (thanks for the idea Kate!)
The set from The Petal Press – Summer Gardens was perfect for this project, touting this wonderful jar with flowers.
Here is a picture of the project, less the packets. Here you can see the fun paper from My Mind’s Eye – Good Day Sunshine (I have that song running through my head now – how about you?). All the papers from this project are from this paper pack. I did modify some of the circles by using one image from the “What a Card Set”. I wanted to break up the monotony of the circles.
If you are like me, you tend to plant or start seeds and immediately forget what they are, or where they are planted for that matter, so no gift of seed would be complete without some little garden tags. A bamboo skewer, a little white cardstock, a few letter stickers and there ya go.
To bring a little realism to this project, I added a wee bit of Glossy Accents to the bottom of the jar just to resemble water.
Thanks for looking in today, and I hope you have enjoyed my projects. I know that you won’t want to miss the other Design Team’s projects so be sure to stop by and see what inspiration they have for you:

Look at you! Not one but TWO fabulous projects! The score pad is a great idea and I love the quote you tucked inside! The seed pocket card is darling! Love the little plant picks and the glossy jar!
You overachiever you! LOL! These are fantastic projects Lynn!
You are such an overachiever! I LOVE that you used seed packets. *wink* And using the poker chip on the circles...very clever!
Show Off!! These are both just awesome and I do believe you were the one that was "stuck" on what to do?! I'd say you did a fabulous job!!
So cute and so clever!
So cute! I can never find a score pad when we're playing cards, love that idea.
WOW!!! These are both beautiful. There is so much attention to detail and I LOVE the crown you used on your first project.
Love these ideas Lynn! Especially the cute seed packets holder you made. The perfect stamped images to go with it, and the idea for skewer stick plant labels to go with it is spot on! I am terrible at labelling my seed trays ;)
TFS, hugs, Ruth S
Cool projects, Lynn! Love the stamps, papers and designs for both of them.

Love them both! What a cool idea using the letters for the plant markers. Genius! (and yeah, you are an overachiever)
What fabulous projects, Lynn! Love the idea of making markers for the seed packets and adding them to the pocket card.
