Zoom Bloom

The summer months are a busy time for many of us. Vacations, traveling sports teams, neighborhood barbeques all require our time.  Throw in some kids to that mix and…well, you know how busy THEY keep you.  But, you don’t need to have 3 kids under foot to find that time is a limited commodity. I find that there is a lot going on for me this summer that keeps me hopping.

This summer in particular is begging for quick and simple card creations due to my current craft space displacement. It is a real challenge to create since I have to sort through boxes to find what I’m looking for. Additionally, I’m one of those crafters who have greater “mojo” if I can see my supplies out in the open – but that isn’t the case for me right now; while my new craft space is being built.  Thank goodness for quick cards and instant motivation!

I was happy when this card came together quickly and easily with supplies that I happen to have lying out. A card base, a few layers of patterned paper, a couple of strips of ribbon, stickers and some chipboard and BAM!  It’s done!

So when you are crunched for time, break out those designer sticker sheets (I know you have them), some ribbon and create a masterpiece in a fraction of the time.

Thanks for looking in today.

{Supplies}
Papers:  Porcelain Designer Paper (Basic Grey), Pure Luxury White
Accessories: Porcelain Elements Sticker Sheet (Basic Grey), Butterflies Mini Chipboard Set (Maya Road), Acrylic Paint (Studio), Stickles, Pink Satin Ribbon, White Lace

Lynn, your card is beautiful! I don't see how you "throw" together such a beautiful card. I think your idea of quick and simple is different than mine...LOL! Gorjus!

I hear ya Lynn, we still have no furniture, just creating with what I could squeeze into two priority boxes and a neighbor was generous enough to bring me over a table and chair. Great project though, actually it is beautiful
