Waltzingmouse Stamps Preview – Asian Garden Additions

This is a big week for releases, and there’s none bigger than the Waltzingmouse Stamps July release with a total of SIX new sets coming your way.  One set that I just love is a companion set to last month’s release of Asian Gardensit’s called Asian Gardens Additions and it’s filled with lovely complimentary images and sentiments.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

I used the lovely tree image from Asian Gardens and added the sweet garden bridge from the new Asian Gardens Addition set.  I stamped these images in black on this older patterned paper that I had from the days when I received kits from Club Scrap and then sponged ink around the edges. The lower border is also from this set which I stamped and then topped off with a piece of loopy trim from i{heart}papers.RewardCU

To enhance the tree just a bit, I added touches of bling in red and black.

Now – hang onto your chopsticks and check out the fantastic creations by these Waltzingmouse Stamps Design Team members:

Claire Brennan (Owner), Belinda Chang Langner, Bonnie Sharp , Anya Schrier, Julia Aston, Lisa Hjulberg, Jennifer Holmes and our July Guest Designer, EDNA MORRISEDIE

Claire made a big announcement yesterday - Waltzingmouse Stamps has a new Design Team member, Carly Robertson (Paper in Bloom).  We are all so happy to have Carly join the team with her amazing clean and creative stamping style.  Please stop by her blog and show her some love!  Welcome to the team Carly!  Be sure to check out Carly’s blog today too for even more peeks at the newest WMS images.

Yikes, Lynn! You're going to have to stop making us all look so bad, LOL! This is gorgeous. Thanks, by the way, for your sweet comment on my Gallery Idol card...coming from you it's more than just a comment, it's like praise from a rock star. :-)

It looks like there might be an apostrophe in "its". Hope not, because then it would say, "the journey is it is own reward"! Sorry, it's the English teacher curse!

Lynn Mercurio said...

Nope - no apostrophe! =)
