Yesterday on Stamp TV, the color challenge was one that had my creativity buzzing. I was at work when I read the challenge (shhh, don’t tell my boss) and my mind started thinking of what the colors reminded me of, and all I could think about were the yellows and black of bumble bees. As soon as I got home from work I started putting this card together.
I painted the chipboard flower and leaves with acrylic paint and ink and attached them to the panel of Pure Luxury Lemon Drop and Onyx Black. The patterned paper is a digital paper that Gina K Design sells. I just love the look of hounds tooth!
Since I wanted this to be an anniversary card, I printed the sentiment out on my computer and attached it to the front of the card and finished off the inside of the card with the rest of my anniversary greeting.
If you haven’t participated in any of the weekly challenges on Stamp TV, you’re missing out. Each day is a new challenge with prizes for each challenge. So what are you waiting for? Get on over to Stamp TV and let your creativity shine!
I really appreciate you stopping by today!
