Waltzingmouse Stamps March Preview

Have you been checking out Claire’s blog and her peeks of her new sets that will be released Monday?  In true Claire fashion, she has captured the elegance and functionality of a new set of Spellbinder friendly stamps.  This time her Labels set works with Spellbinder’s Labels Three, available from I{heart}papers.  I’m happy to share a card with you today that I created using this great set.

I combined WMS’s Labels 3 set with Spring Baskets, a set released last month.  I stamped the flower image several times and cut them out so that I could layer them for depth and dimension.  I overfilled my basket with flowers, which was stamped on One Sheet Wonder White cardstock, colored with Copic Markers.   I cut out the center of the basket with my craft knife to allow for plenty of room to layer my flowers.  I also stamped other images from the set in the corners of the Kraft cardstock mat and adored each corner with a Zva Creative crystal.

Naturally, you can’t see it in this photograph but I added some sparkle to the corner flourishes and the wings of the little bee with a few Spica Glitter pens.  To finish off the bottom of the card I added a couple of different ribbons.
