Gina K Design February Preview, Day 4 – Lovely Labels along with Inside and Out

I have two projects that I am happy to share with you tonight.  The first project I created using the new Lovely Labels set, created by Nina Brackett.  The Lovely Labels stamp set coordinates beautifully with Spellbinders Labels 1, 4, 8, and 9.

Using a card back of Lemon Drop, I layered a panel of Lovely Lavender and topped that with a piece of digital patterned paper from a package that Nina Brackett also designed called Spring into Spring that compliments the new Spring Assortment paper pack. The same flourish punch that I used to make the fancy curves on the mat was used to make the border that were punched from the same Lovely Lavender cardstock accented with pearls. with a strip of purple ribbon from the Spring Ribbon Collection and finished off with a border of velvet scallop ribbon.

The sentiment was stamped onto a lavender 3 X 5 index card that just happened to match the project well.

  

To finish off this project I stamped a finishing sentiment on the interior with a trio of flowers embellished with yellow stickles.

This next project also uses the Lovely Labels set along with sentiments from the Free with 3 set, Inside and Out.

On a card base of Pure Luxury Ivory, I layered black cardstock topping it off with this fun stripped image that was die cut using the Labels 4 Nestabilities.

I accented the sides with pearls and added a few smaller ones to the die cut as well.  The inside was finished off with two more layers that were scored using my Scor-Buddy.
