Tags R Bags

When is a tag a bag?  When you use a tag (or two) to make a bag, that when!  Yesterday, the Try a New Technique challenge was to create a shipping tag bag/box something like THIS ONE.

Debbie Fisher came up with the cutest design for using shipping tags and a little cardstock to create an adorable gift package what is perfect for any occasion.  I decided to go with a Christmas theme, since I'm in the process of getting the wrapping paper, gift bags, bows and tags ready for the gifts that will need that special touch this holiday season.

With the addition of a little lace, snowflakes and Zva Creative pearls, I've transformed these shipping tags into something I'm proud to give.

I'd love it if you would join the TLC group on Splitcoaststampers.com  where you will find the complete instructions that you get you on your way to creating these fun little packages of love.

Hello again Lynn thank you for the lovely comment, but no, I didn't buy all that crafty stuff! They were all a gift from a very generous friend. I'm very fortunate.
