Snow, Snow, Snow, Snow, Snow

Today Paper Craft Planet has a really fun game to play. The Super Novas all got together and played with the new Flower Soft Snow Globe CD. I'm excited to share this project with you.... and you can play along and win a prize by participating in a scavenger hunt!

I chose to use this adorable snowman scene.  The great thing about this Snow Globe CD is that you have a wide variety of image from which to choose and no sizing is required.  All the image are ready for use; just select, print and cut.  It's that simple.

In addition to the fun images , many of them fit within the Snow Globe bubble that makes creating shaker cards just about the easiest thing ever. Using the Flower Soft glue,  I added some Polar White Flower Soft to various portions of the image prior to putting about a tablespoon full into the globe and sealing it within the perfectly engineered Oval Aperture Cards specifically designed for these snow globes.


I covered the outside of my card with a great Vintage Silver Lustre white paper from Paper Temptress and adhered some snowflakes that I punched from some of the awesome papers available on the Flower Soft CD.

The sentiment was also included on the CD.  All I did was print it off, cut it out and attached with a few dimensional foam dots.  To help add a little shine and dimension to the sentiment, I outlined each letter with a Sakura Clear Glaze Pen.
