Leading by Example

Hi all.  I wanted to share a card with you today that doesn't have anything to do with the holidays.  I'm probably not completely finished making holiday cards, but as long as I have something to show you that isn't red and green, I'm going for it!

I just love this sentiment because I have always believed that the best way to inspire others is to lead by example.  There are so many people that inspire me - some of them I know and they are in my life.  Other inspirational individuals are public figures and even though I haven't met them, and probably never will, their inspiration still effects me.  I'm sure you too have those special people who inspire you to do and be your best.


On a card base of ivory I layered an embossed pink panel and added a fun journaling piece behind the sentiment which was stamped using some wonderful images from Waltzingmouse Stamps and die cut with Nestabilities.  


The flourish that holds the tiny paper roses and itty-bitty black half pearls was also stamped on a scrap of pink patterned paper and cut with snips and applied with tiny pop dot.
