One of the very first songs I can remember memorizing the lyrics to is Love Potion #9. Don't ask me why or how I even remember that, but while most people wouldn't want to admit that they are even old enough to know that song, I can still sing it line for line. So, when I saw this set from Unity with the phrase Love potion #9, I snagged it up.
I created a card with a matching belly band that fits around the card base to give to my hubby for. He surely has me smitten, and he didn't even need to make a visit to down to Madame Rue, you know that gypsy with the gold-capped tooth. She's got a pad down on Thirty-Fourth and Vine, sellin' little bottles of Love Potion Number Nine. HA!
Here is a photo of the belly band next to the card. If you click on the picture, you can see closer how each of the skulls contain crystal eyes that stare out and the glittery appearance of each potion along with crystal bubble rising up. What fun I had making this card.Hope your Monday was a good one!

Wow, wow, wow! Love it! The bling for the bubbles and the scull border...totally awesome!
Well you and I can confess about the song together!! It was not my first one to memorize (I am sure I am wayyyyy older than you) but it was one that will stick with me forever. When I was in Junior High my best friend used that song for a dance routine we did for a neighborhood show. Love that song!!
Your card is fabulous with all the potions!
This is so awesome!!
