Blessings

This month on Paper Craft Planet, the Design Team Super Novas are focusing their creations towards Thanksgiving...not just the holiday, but the whole mindset of thankfulness and the general attitude of gratitude.

The card I created for today's post, and for the PCP Super Nova October album, uses a wonderful new set from Waltzingmouse Stamps called Blessed by You. This set is so appropriately named because though my association with Claire Brennan (owner and designer of Waltzingmouse Stamps), I have truly been blessed, not only by her friendship, but through the delightful images she continues to create.

Using a base of ivory and some lovely patterned paper from October Afternoon, I created a background for this wonderful tree image, adorned with the sentiment of how I'm Blessed by your kindness.

Claire's sets are mindful of the human condition and how a simple image or sentiment can touch a life. For this I am truly grateful...grateful for her wonderful talent, appreciative of her willingness to share that talent with us, and the generosity in spirit that she has shown to me.
