Gina K Previews - Day 3

Today is the last day of previews for the Gina K Designs sets to be release Thursday evening. I hope you have enjoyed seeing my samples using Gina's new sets.

I have three more for you today, and even a few extra reserved for the release party.

This card from the Autumn Beauty set which is a new release from Theresa Momber. Theresa has a real flair for creating wonderfully realistic images and when you see the entire set, you'll know what I'm referring to, but for today's card, I just went with a simple fall greeting. I've always loved this phrase, and I know that many of you who live in the south aren't as fond of it as the rest of us, but for me, the down home feel from this phase just makes me fell all warm and cozy inside.

I stamped an accent panel with a couple of stamps from the set. This is another creation that would come together quickly if you were to make several at one time.

This next card is from a wonderful companion set to Nina Bracket's Elegant Post stamp set which was release last month. This month she has created several sentiments that not only work wonderfully with her Elegant Post set (any many others), but as a stand-alone set as well.

I did a little bit of stitching on this card around the panel that runs across the card as well as around the framing of the background. After die cutting my shape with my Nestabilities, I left it in the die and then sponged around the edges before removing it and then stamping the leaves and sentiment. I attached a little bow at the base of the leaves and completed the card with a few Sateen flowers.

My final sample combines the companion set to Tropical Windows - Tropical Blooms which contain all the great images that are in Tropical Windows, except they are all separate which really gives you so much versatility, and as in my sample here - I was able to create a great coordinating background paper for any card.

On my card base I stamped the flower from the Tropical Blooms set in random order using VersaMark ink and then dusted each blossom with Perfect Pearls. I'm not sure that this photograph really captures the shimmery goodness of the effect, but it really is stunning in real live. I punched a border and added some adhesive pearls to the border as well as the center of the flower.

To see more inspiration with the stamps previewed today, visit Gina's blog, the illustrator of Tropical Blooms as well as Theresa Momber, the illustrator of Autumn Beauty, and Nina Bracket , the illustrator of Elegant Verses.
