Thank you My Friend

It's not often you can have a true friendship with someone you have never pesonally met, but when it happens, I feel one is truly blessed, as I am with my on-line friendship with Claire Brennan of Waltzingmouse Stamps. Claire is a truly gifted crafter and one awesome stamp designer. Just look at her newest releases!

I recently received her latest releases, Irish Blessings and Celtic Heritage and I'm so excited to have these warm and rich images that reflect her homeland, Ireland. Claire's unique style and eye for classic design are apparent in these images that are much more than those used for your typical St. Patrick's Day cards. They reflect, love, joy, happiness, luck and friendship with a warm feeling that isn't reserved for the Irish alone.

When these two sets arrived in the mail, I immediately ran to make a quick little card. Using one of the Irish "knots" I created background images on my cardstock and then quickly dusted them with Perfect Pearls which have them a wonderful shimmer.

From this angle you can see the shimmer and the way the light reflects and changes the colors are you tilt the card.

Thank you Claire for these wonderful images and most of all for your frienship! I feel as if I have a true "Irish Blessing" in you!
