Just Chicken In

Hi everyone...this morning as I was boiling eggs for tomorrow's contribution to Easter dinner - my hallmark Deviled Eggs, I was inspired to create this card.  Today's sketch challenge on the Paper Craft Planet was the perfect layout for me to use.  Sankari is the hostess this week and she always creates wonderfully useful and interesting sketches.

Best of Cluck has always been a favorite "chicken" set because I just love the silly looking chicks and with a variety of images, I felt like it was perfect for this design.    I was also happy to be able to use my Rubbernecker chicken wire background too, since it hadn't seen ink yet.

If you aren't too busy today, why not pop on over the the Paper Craft Planet and have some fun with Sankari's sketch.  I've put supper into the crock pot and it's going to be ready about the time I get back from my "play date" with Beth Warner (showmestamper on SCS).  We both received our soldering kits in the mail this past week and we're anxious to get them out and play a bit - plus a little girl talk...sounds like a great way to spend an afternoon.

Thanks so much for 'just chicken in'.  Have a fantastic day.
