My good friend, and fellow Super Nova at Paper Craft Planet, Diana Gibbs, tagged me with this post with her 6 in 6. The rules of the game are:
•Open your photo folder on your computer
•Open the 6th folder of photos
•Select the 6th picture
•Post the picture on your blog with a description
The 6th picture in the 6th folder was taken a couple of summers ago at the St. Louis, Missouri Botanical Gardens. It was a beautiful day and my husband and I were enjoying the weather, wandered around the gardens taking in the beauty of this spectacular place. We approached the water lily pond and as I was looking at the signage, a dragon fly - a big one at that, landed on the sign, so I grabbed my camera from around my neck and snapped this photo.
I opted not to tag anyone, but rather challenge you to play along. Just open the folder where you keep your photographs, choose the 6th folder and find the 6th picture and post it with a description. I'm glad I played along because it had been ages since I looked at these photographs and it gave me the opportunity to remember what a good time we had that July afternoon.
Sorry I don't have a project to share with you today. I spent last evening doing some Easter preparation so I didn't have an opportunity to craft, but I do have some news about a great blog candy opportunity.
If you're a fan of Elisabeth Bell, then you'll want to visit the Follow Your Heart blog. Susana, the owner of Susana's Custom Art and Card Design, has an awesome candy offering. The winner gets a hand signed print from Elisabeth and a free set of the 1st released stamps available only at Susana's store coming in June.
Thanks for popping in today!
